Mars will likely laugh at my title, should he see it, because he is a poet.  A real poet. (Not like me in tenth grade when I won that local woman’s club contest.)

His work is amazing.  I know this because he and his bride shared a selection he wrote as part of their wedding ceremony last weekend.  Mars spoke in his delightful British accent, and Laura spoke her portions in fluent French that brought tears to my eyes. (Even though admittedly I have no idea what she said.) Nonetheless, it was simply beautiful.

Thank you, Laura and Mars, for allowing me to be a part of this incredible ceremony.  I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!
